Female Protagonist Concept 3

Third edit, adding basic color. I don't even know how to paint. I've tried adding depth with darker colors where the shading is, and smearing the lighter colors to the opposite side, but I end up with the same color. I know I'm doing something wrong. lol

The female protagonist concept for my doujin. Her name is Hare ( At least that's what I've thought up. ) I have no idea how to draw cloths so I ended up doing just the portrait. I don't know how to color / paint as well so that was it.

I would gratefully appreciate any constructive criticism, or ideas to help him my drawing / style. I have plans for hair accessories and character design as this is just the concept.
